The chicken rice sold by FarSing.shop is classified as a food product and possesses the following characteristics:
It is a perishable food item.
It has a limited shelf life.
Once shipped, it cannot be resold.
Based on food safety and hygiene standards, in most cases, we do not accept return requests arising from personal reasons.
- Situations Eligible for Refunds or Replacements

Orders enter the processing pipeline rapidly once payment is confirmed.
Once an order has begun preparation or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to confirm its status.

Once a refund request has been approved:
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).
